How the training works Six weekly sessions, each one built on your real work, with support in between.

Before the first session

A short survey and a setup checklist

Each attendee fills out a short survey to help us shape your curriculum, and works through a checklist so their setup is ready on day one.

The first session

How AI works, on the tools you have chosen

We cover how AI works and the tools you have chosen, then walk through interactive exercises to start building your habits.

Every session after that

Built around your operation

Each session takes one idea and works it on a real example from your company. Everyone works their own problem on their own screen.

  • The recording, transcript, and a recap
  • Something to watch or read on your own
  • A feedback form that shapes the next session
  • Email us any time, or ask for a fifteen-minute call

By the sixth session, your leadership team has an AI setup they trust and use every day, the same vocabulary, a company AI handbook started, and an adoption plan they wrote and own.

Topics we cover Every one is practiced on something real from your company, and your team decides which ones we spend time on.

Who should be in the room

The people who run the company

Owners, executives, and department heads who lead the teams and will set the direction for AI in your company.

Who this is for

Companies past the first experiments

Leadership has AI on their phone and knows it should be doing more. Employees use it on their own, with no shared rules or plan.

Who it is not for

Anyone shopping for a demo

A company looking for a one-time show of what the software can do, or a team that wants the work done for them.

What you leave with

An adoption plan you own With your company AI handbook started.

We bring a starting point for the handbook and build it out with you across the sessions. It sets your AI policy and principles: what is always fine, what needs approval, and what never happens.

After the training Leadership training is the start. Here is what most companies do next.

Start where the need is. Every engagement leaves you with a capability you did not have before.

01

Department training

Once leadership is trained, we train each department on its own work: its workflows, its tools, and its repeatable jobs. Field, office, and sales each get sessions built for that seat.

02

Operational mapping

We map how work actually flows through your operation, so you can see which steps to connect, which to hand to AI, and which to leave with people.

03

Agent Base

We connect your company to Agent Base: your context, your workflows, your connections, and the automations we build for you, in one place.

04

Custom software

When a mapped workflow needs more than a skill, we engineer custom software for it and host it in Agent Base.

Questions leaders ask

Fit and format

Who should be in the room?
Owners, executives, and department heads: the people who lead the teams and will set the direction for AI in your company. Three to six of them.
How custom is it?
Every session is built for your company: your industry, your team, and your operations. Each attendee fills out a short survey before the first session.
Can we do fewer than six sessions?
We recommend six. Habits form over weeks, and the plan comes together in the last sessions. Ask us about shorter formats.
Can we do this in a day?
For a large group, yes, as a company workshop. It sets the narrative and the rules. The six sessions are where habits form.
Remote or in person?
Either. We train in person in the Oklahoma City metro. Outside the metro, let's talk.

Tools and security

Which tool: Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok?
We train on whichever you have chosen. Claude and ChatGPT are the best experiences for most teams today, and how you use the tool matters more than the brand.
Is our data used to train the AI?
On a paid team plan with the right setting, your data is not used for training, and competitors cannot access it.
Is it secure enough for client data?
Paid team plans provide adequate security for most companies. We start with read-only access and a person's approval before anything goes out. Your client contracts and advisors get the final say.
What do we need before the first session?
A team plan on the AI tool of your choice, the desktop apps installed, a transcription tool and a dictation tool (free tiers work), and the survey filled out. We walk you through all of it.

People and ownership

Some of my team is skeptical.
Bring them. AI takes over tasks, and people get elevated. The value comes from the decisions people make and the judgment they bring.
Our people are not technical.
Nothing in the six sessions requires coding. We have trained professionals of all backgrounds and ages.
Who owns the accounts and what we build?
You do. Your accounts, your company context, your skills, and your outputs are yours. Benali keeps its own skills and reusable building blocks.
What if we stop after training?
You keep everything. The plan is yours either way.
